Summary
Operates customization machines, performs quality control, and manages inventory for a product customization team in a physical retail setting.

Customization Team Member
JOB SUMMARY
Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.
JOB GUIDELINES

Ability to get things done and executed and proven experience in project management, working across teams and clients/customers.

Setup and operate multiple customization machines

Data entry in computer system

Assist with quality control for all items produced

Performing regular machine and inventory inspections and reporting any issues or reordering stock as required.

Carefully reading instructional manuals to ensure smooth troubleshooting and repair processes.

Analyzing and understanding project specifications and clients’ needs before starting each embroidery project.
