Team Member
REHAU | Water Technologies is seeking a dependable Team Member to support our extrusion team at the end of the production line in Cullman, AL. This hands-on role plays a key part in maintaining product flow and quality by assisting with final-stage production tasks such as tying off pipe bundles, preparing packaging, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Tie off finished bundles of PEX pipe according to specifications.

Take quality control samples and deliver them to operators or quality personnel.

Assemble and prepare boxes, labels, and other packaging materials.

Assist with stacking, staging, and organizing finished goods for shipping or storage.

Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the end-of-line work area.

Support operators with general tasks to ensure continuous production flow.

Follow all safety guidelines and procedures, wearing required PPE at all times.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding production needs or concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not required.

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and organization.

Willingness to take direction and work as part of a team.

Dependable, punctual, and safety-minded.

High school diploma or GED preferred.
