Key Responsibilities
Drive risk-based onboarding of vendors, ensuring completion of due diligence, risk scorecards, and mandatory approvals
Evaluate materiality & criticality of vendors and align approvals as per risk classification
Ensure no vendor engagement without ORM/IRM approval and compliance to outsourcing framework
Monitor ongoing vendor risk through periodic/annual due diligence and performance reviews
Oversee contract & SLA governance to mitigate operational and compliance risks
Manage change requests, renewals, and scope changes with updated risk assessments
Govern vendor offboarding, including risk containment (access revocation, data security, etc.)
Support audit, regulatory inspections, and compliance reviews

Eligibility
5–10 years of experience in Operational Risk / Vendor Risk / Compliance / Vendor Management
Strong understanding of outsourcing risk, regulatory frameworks, and third-party risk management
Prior exposure to BFSI environment preferred
