Pay: $15.25–$17.00/hour, based on experience
Come join the team at Launch Entertainment in Framingham, where energy, teamwork, and guest excitement are part of every day. Our Team Members help create the fun atmosphere Launch is known for - whether you're welcoming guests at the front desk, keeping attractions running safely, supporting birthday parties and group events, or working the counter in our Krave Café.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist guests throughout the park
- Help operate attractions safely and keep areas running smoothly
- Support birthday parties and group events
- Serve guests in our Krave Cafe
- Rotate across roles as needed during your shift
What We're Looking For
- Friendly, approachable personality
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Enjoys working with kids, families, and groups
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Open to learning multiple roles around the park
Experience in food service, retail, or event hosting is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person.
