Team Member - Popeyes

Job Description:

Come join our brand new team at the Mifflintown Popeyes! As a Team Member at Popeyes, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and efficient restaurant environment.

Job Responsibilities:

* Greet customers warmly and take accurate food and drink orders.
* Operate cash register and handle transactions efficiently and accurately.
* Prepare food items according to Popeyes’ recipes and quality standards, including frying chicken, preparing sides, and assembling sandwiches.
* Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
* Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation.
* Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cleaning equipment and preparing for the next shift.
* Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and a positive work environment.
* Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally and courteously.

Job Qualifications:

* No prior experience required; willing to train motivated individuals.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic math skills for handling cash and making change.
* Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
* Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* A positive attitude and a customer-focused approach.
* Reliable transportation to and from work.
