Team Member Relations Manager - Red Rock

Description:

Managing the Employee Relations function and providing front-line interface with Team Members and leaders in interpreting and ensuring consistent policy application, responding to questions or complaints, mediating conflicts, and coaching and counseling to improve relationships and performance. Responsibilities also include, completing investigations, resolving Employee Relations issues, and spending a large amount of time on the floor promoting Station Casino’s, Focus on Family Company-wide culture.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in Human Resources and or the Gaming/Hospitality industry a plus. Bilingual in Spanish required. Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook. A service oriented mindset and professional demeanor. Ability to maintain highly confidential information. Ability to express ideas and make recommendations concerning job related issues. Ability to utilize critical-thinking skills in order to work independently and collaboratively. Active or the ability to obtain applicable registration as required by the State of Nevada’s Gaming Control Board. The ability to understand, read, speak and write effectively in English.
