Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly sales goals
• Monitor sales performance, customer satisfaction, and dealership profitability
• Assist sales associates with customer interactions, negotiations, and closing deals
• Develop strategies to increase vehicle sales and improve department performance
• Manage incoming leads and ensure timely customer follow-up
• Work with the finance department to facilitate a smooth sales process
• Monitor inventory and assist with vehicle merchandising and pricing strategies
• Recruit, train, and develop sales associates
• Ensure the sales team follows dealership policies and procedures
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve concerns professionally
• Review sales reports and identify opportunities for improvement
• Promote a positive, professional, and customer-focused dealership culture
