Team Coordinator

ope House Foundation is seeking a Team Coordinator to provide leadership and support to a team of Direct Support Professionals while helping ensure high-quality, person-centered services for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading others, building strong teams, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of the people we support.

What You'll Do

• Lead, coach, and support a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
• Foster a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling, payroll, billing, and documentation
• Ensure quality services and compliance with Medicaid waiver and licensing requirements
• Support individuals in achieving their goals and maintaining active involvement in their communities
• Lead team meetings and support staff development
• Participate in an on-call rotation and provide leadership during emergencies
• Monitor service quality and help drive continuous improvement

What We're Looking For

• Experience providing services to individuals with disabilities or other human services experience
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Commitment to person-centered services and supporting people to live full, self-directed lives
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
