This is what we need you for
- Lead and develop the Product Safety & Compliance team, ensuring expertise, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Drive regulatory monitoring, impact assessment and implementation planning for emerging product safety and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate compliance activities, priorities and implementation across Product Development, TPE and other key stakeholders.
- Support complex product safety assessments, authority interactions and product safety investigations.
- Represent Ravensburger in industry, regulatory and standardization networks while continuously improving governance, processes and knowledge management.
This is what you can score highly with
- You have a scientific or technical background, ideally combined with experience in product safety, compliance, project or quality management.
- Solid knowledge of international product safety regulations and standards.
- Leadership experience and ability to coordinate international teams and multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with a structured approach to risk assessment and problem solving.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment; fluent in German and English.
