チームメイトとして、あなたは：
お客様に満足していただける体験を提供する。
クライアントが要求するKPI（主要業績評価指標）を満たし、それを上回る。
TaskUsのポリシーを理解し、機密を保持する。
問題点や改善点を経営陣にフィードバックする。
仕事のパフォーマンスを向上させるためのトレーニングに参加する。
あなたは、チームメイトになるために必要な素質をお持ちですか？
私たちは、次のような方を求めています：
シフト制で勤務できる方（夜勤手当の支給あり）。
コール経験者（あれば尚可、必須ではありません）
言語能力、文章能力、理解力の高い方。
タイピング要件を満たしている（音声および非音声の場合、30WPM）。
コンピュータリテラシーがあり、Windows OS、Apple OS X、MS Office、Googleアプリケーションを使用できる。
