Tech Assist - Trade Floor Support

• Excellent communication skills in Korean and English with the ability to build long lasting relationships
• Experience supporting Microsoft and Apple technologies (Windows 11, MacOS, iOS, InTune, Office 365), and the ability to support and troubleshoot issues
• Experience working with or supporting Video Conference / Audio Visual technologies would be an advantage
• Ability to work in a challenging fast-paced environment with front office support experience or a willingness to learn financial technology environments
• Demonstrated experience in following up and taking ownership of issues
• A self-motivated individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
