Role Title: Tech Business Analyst

About the Client

Our client is a leading pan-Asian life insurance group with a large technology organization driving digital transformation across its markets. This is an onsite role in Kuala Lumpur on a renewable 1-year contract, with continuation based on performance.

Role Responsibilities

• Drive and manage deliverables across multiple teams, especially during the Requirements and Design stages

• Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers and technical teams to define solution designs

• Analyze current business processes and recommend technology process improvements

• Create process flows, data flow diagrams and system interaction models

• Create SIT test strategy and test cases

• Coordinate with regional stakeholders, including teams in China

Requirements

• 8 to 9 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• Business-level Mandarin, spoken and written, to communicate with regional China teams

• Experience delivering large projects while working with multiple teams

• Proven ability to drive deliverables through Requirements and Design

• Ability to work independently

• Willingness to work fully onsite in Kuala Lumpur

• Legal authorization to work in Malaysia

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM or Policy Servicing solutions

• Background in insurance or financial services

• Experience writing SIT test strategies in large enterprise programs
