Exciting Opportunity: Senior Technical Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to support critical system upgrade initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on BA with strong stakeholder engagement skills and a proven track record of delivering technology-focused projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
• Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions with key stakeholders
• Produce high-quality business analysis artefacts and documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders
• Support end-to-end project delivery from discovery through to implementation
• Identify project impacts, risks, dependencies, and opportunities
• Work closely with project teams to ensure successful delivery of system upgrade initiatives

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years' experience working as a dedicated Senior Business Analyst
• Proven experience delivering system upgrade, infrastructure upgrade, application upgrade, or technology refresh projects
• Strong experience in: Requirements gathering and documentation, Workshop facilitation, Stakeholder management, Business process analysis, supporting end-to-end project delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
• Experience working within complex enterprise environments

• Experience with Citrix, Control-M, Delphix technologies is advantageous but not essential:

Please note: We are specifically seeking candidates with recent, hands-on experience in a dedicated Senior Business Analyst role. This position is best suited to individuals currently operating in a Technical Business Analyst capacity rather than performing Project Management, Product Owner, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, or other delivery management responsibilities.
