The Tech Helper / Driver / Warehouse Worker supports maintenance technicians and warehouse operations by assisting with labor-related tasks, deliveries, and general warehouse duties as needed. This role helps ensure maintenance projects and daily operations run efficiently while supporting multiple areas of the business. Candidates should be comfortable performing physical work, traveling throughout Staten Island, and working a flexible schedule when needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist maintenance technicians and handymen with job site tasks and labor
- Support maintenance and repair projects as directed
- Perform driving and delivery duties as needed
- Assist with warehouse operations when required
- Handle heavy lifting and movement of materials
- Travel daily within Staten Island for work assignments
Requirements
- Must live in Staten Island, NY
- Must have a clean, valid driver's license
- Previous experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, roofing, labor, demolition, or related trades preferred
- Must be a reliable worker
- Must be flexible with work hours, including possible weekends
- Able to perform heavy lifting
- Able to remain on your feet for extended periods of time
