Summary
Performs ESD inspections, audits, and maintenance in a manufacturing environment to ensure compliance with electrostatic discharge control standards and procedures.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform routine ESD inspections and audits at production areas.
- Monitor compliance with ESD control procedures and standards.
- Verify proper usage of ESD protective equipment by operators and technicians.
- Identify and report ESD non-conformance issues.
- Conduct ESD workstation verification and validation
- Perform ionizer preventive maintenance and conduct verification.
- Support ESD qualification activities for new production areas and equipment.
- Maintain ESD inspections record.
- Support internal and external ESD audits.
- Assist engineers in troubleshooting ESD issues.
Qualification Requirements
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Engineering or related field.
- Basic knowledge of ESD control and electronic manufacturing environment.
- Familiar with ESD equipment and monitoring systems is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and support production activities.
