We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead with strong expertise in full-stack development, system architecture, and AI-driven solutions. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical development, driving AI adoption, and ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Lead solution design, architecture, data modelling, API development, and integrations.
- Develop and review production-level code.
- Manage sprint planning, coding standards, automated testing, and project delivery.
- Support the CTO in day-to-day technical decisions and mentor the development team.
- Leverage AI tools for requirement analysis, solution design, coding, and code reviews.
- Build and deploy LLM-powered features and AI agents to automate business workflows.
Must-Have Skills
- 812 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Strong expertise in React.js, Next.js, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, and CI/CD.
- Strong experience in end-to-end system design and requirement gathering.
- Experience deploying at least one LLM-powered feature in production.
- Regular hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code.
- Must be comfortable working from the Kolkata office.
Good to have:
- Knowledge of Vector Databases, LLM Evaluation Tools, and MCP.
- Exposure to Digital Marketing, Analytics, or MarTech.
