Tech Lead - Backend

We're looking for a seasoned Backend Tech Lead to drive high-scale systems and lead a talented engineering team. If you have strong expertise in Golang and Python and experience building B2C applications at scale, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Lead design and development of backend systems handling 10K+ RPM scale.
• Build and optimise transactional systems (payments, orders) and behavioural systems (analytics, personalisation).
• Collaborate with product teams to ship impactful consumer-facing features.
• Ensure scalable architecture, high-quality code, and robust testing.
• Own end-to-end delivery with a focus on reliability and performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in backend development.
• 2 years as a Tech Lead managing teams.
• Strong hands-on experience in Golang and Python.
• Expertise in distributed systems, APIs, databases, and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience with high-scale systems (10K+ RPM).
