Tech Lead

🚀 We are looking for Fullstack Leaders to join our interdisciplinary team, guiding developers throughout the entire lifecycle of different projects, working primarily with NestJS on the backend and Next.js on the frontend.

Requirements

✨ Core requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with backend and frontend technologies, preferably NestJS and Next.js.
• Experience integrating external APIs.
• Knowledge in creating RESTful APIs with Express and/or Nest.
• Knowledge in PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB databases.
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Figma.
• Experience using SonarQube.
• Knowledge in creating tests with Mocha and/or Jest.

👥 Leadership & Management

• Experience leading development teams in agile environments, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Ability to define technical direction, set quality standards, and decompose complex tasks.
• Experience mentoring team members and supporting their professional growth.
• Skill in identifying and resolving technical and organizational blockers.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

✏ Nice-to-haves

• Familiarity with design patterns for web application scalability and maintainability.
• Understanding of server management and AWS or Azure.
• English level B2
