■ Responsibilities

• Design and develop web systems such as CRM and large-scale CMS
• Lead system architecture and technology decisions
• Estimate development effort and manage risks
• Implement high-quality frontend with strong design fidelity
• Build marketing websites and landing pages
• Review code and support other engineers (including external partners)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders
  
  

■ Requirements (Must)

• 3+ years of backend development experience
• Experience building web applications (CMS, CRM, or similar systems)
• Experience in system design, requirement definition, and estimation
• Solid understanding of frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Experience working in a team environment
• Ability to work in ambiguous and fast-changing environments
  
  

■ Preferred (Nice to have)

• Experience with Vue.js or React
• Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers
• Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
• Experience working in startups or small teams
• Interest in business impact, not just technology
• Experience in client-facing development, such as agency, consulting, or outsourced development projects
