Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead technical delivery, guide engineering teams, and develop reliable data solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and experience leading projects and mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of data engineering solutions.
• Guide developers and ensure adherence to coding and development standards.
• Review code, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Support data pipeline development, integration, and deployment.
• Manage technical deliverables and ensure timely project execution.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
