The Automotive practice inside DXC Luxoft delivers software projects to a majority of the world's car manufacturers and suppliers for both personal and commercial vehicles. We are known for our Automotive software expertise and for helping our customers with high quality services and deliveries. Currently we are growing for our Swedish customers and are looking for Product Owner with proven experience in Automotive Infotainment systems. You will be part of our growing organization in Sweden and will be part of developing next generation systems for the Automotive industry in the era of connected, autonomous, electric vehicles.
Responsibilities
- - As a Product Owner you are responsible for the business value of the project within the team. - Make compliance statement for all customer requirements that apply to the team. - Agree with the customer on all compliance statements made on customer requirements that apply to the team. - Agree with the customer on all user stories and acceptance tests being defined by the team. - Accept or reject work results, i.e. use stories implemented in a sprint. - Lead the definition of user stories for sprint backlog and product backlog. - Lead the prioritisation of user stories. - Lead the definition of sprint backlog. - Support team in clarification of user stories, explain feature/business values, motivate prioritisation.
SKILLS
Must have
- - Experience in software development and architecture in Infotainment domain - Ability to support and define high level solutions for Infotainment - Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business - Negotiation skills - including but not limited to conflict resolution, problem-solving and decision making - Leadership skills - including but not limited to mentoring, coaching, and training abilities - Agile practitioner having extensive experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, SAFe etc) - Able to define and maintain mapping between customer requirements, features and feature development teams - Knowledge in AGL and Automotive SPICE
Nice to have
- Well versed in software planning methodologies - Hands-on experience in Linux and Android for Automotive - Have affinity for Open-source
