About the role

As a Tech Lead Frontend or Senior Front-end developer, you will technically lead one of the development squads and will be the frontend reference within the team.

You will participate in the definition of architecture, technical decisions, and development best practices, ensuring the quality, performance, and maintainability of the applications.

You will work closely with product, design, and backend profiles to guarantee a solid and coherent user experience.

We are looking for a Tech Lead Frontend or Senior Front-end developer with extensive experience in React and Next.js and technical leadership capacity to join a Technical Assistance project with our client.

We are interested in a high-seniority profile, with technical vision, autonomy, and the ability to lead other developers, driving the creation of new frontend applications from scratch in a collaborative and product-oriented environment.

🧠 Minimum requirements

• At least 6-7 years of experience in frontend development with React.
• Experience with Next.js, including server-side rendering (SSR) and static site generation (SSG).
• Knowledge of Node.js
• Demonstrable technical leadership capacity and experience as a reference within development teams.
• Experience designing and building frontend applications from scratch.
• Knowledge of frontend architecture, performance, code quality, and best practices.
• Experience technically mentoring other developers and performing code reviews.
• Autonomy, communication skills, and a problem-solving orientation.
• Interest and experience in the use of artificial intelligence tools applied to software development.
