Job Description
We are a young, agile technology team distributed across Poland and Spain, working on a greenfield project with the potential to revolutionize how the Structured Credit business operates in one of the biggest Bank.
As a Tech Lead Full Stack, you will lead a squad as its Technical Leader, taking ownership of team guidance, software architecture, and high-quality deliveries. This is a leadership role embedded in a hands-on, agile engineering environment.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Lead and mentor a full stack development team across distributed locations (Warsaw, Málaga, Madrid).
Ensure the technical quality and consistency of software solutions.
Collaborate in a truly agile environment, contributing to product decisions and development practices.
Foster open communication, continuous feedback, and shared ownership across the squad.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of commercial experience with Java technology stack.
Strong knowledge of TypeScript and Angular framework.
Hands-on experience with Spring framework and microservice architecture.
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
Solid understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
Additional Experience (Nice to Have):
Experience in microservices architecture.
Knowledge of Stencil for building UI components.
Familiarity with test automation frameworks and testing best practices.
Understanding of Securitization and/or other financial instruments.
Proven leadership and team management experience.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Proactivity and ownership mindset.
English – Advanced level required (Very important)
