Tech Lead - Microservices

We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead with 7-11 years of experience to lead our microservices team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microservices architecture and technical leadership.

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient microservices architectures.
• Lead the development team in building high-quality software products using microservices principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for microservices development.
• Mentor junior team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and design patterns.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

• Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate with teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
