Tech Lead .NET & AI (M/F)
Summary
Design and build scalable .NET architectures with integrated Generative AI (Azure AI, OpenAI, ML.NET) while leading and mentoring development teams in an agile environment. Day-to-day involves architecture design, code reviews, technical workshops, and driving DevOps/CI-CD best practices across projects involving AI, cloud, and microservices on Azure.
The integration of Generative AI into .NET architectures (Azure AI, OpenAI, ML.NET) is transforming the design of modern, service-oriented business applications. This role is aimed at an experienced .NET & AI Tech Lead, capable of designing resilient architectures and providing technical leadership to teams via GitHub Copilot.
💡 YOUR MISSIONS
As a .NET & AI Tech Lead (M/F), you play a central role in the design and optimisation of modern, scalable, resilient and service-oriented software architectures. You work in an agile and collaborative environment, on varied projects involving .NET, AI and Azure.
Design & development:
- Analyse technical and functional requirements, audit the existing environment
- Design and develop scalable and high-performance software architectures in .NET
- Integrate and leverage generative AI and machine learning services (Azure AI, OpenAI, ML.NET)
Leadership & mentoring:
- Facilitate technical workshops, share best practices and mentor teams
- Ensure developer upskilling through mentoring and code reviews
- Define and promote development and architecture standards
Quality, performance & deployment:
- Implement and ensure DevOps and CI/CD best practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure software quality and security, leveraging GitHub Copilot
- Maintain a technology watch and propose relevant innovations
- You have at least 5 years of experience in .NET development and have already managed or mentored technical teams.
- You are a pragmatic technical leader, able to make structural decisions and guide teams toward excellence.
- You master several of the following technologies:
- Backend: .NET (Core, Framework Standard), C#, REST API, microservices.
- Frontend: Blazor, Vue.js, React, Angular, TypeScript.
- Artificial Intelligence: OpenAI, Azure AI, ML.NET, NLP, Computer Vision.
- Databases: SQL Server, Cosmos DB, Redis, MongoDB, NoSQL.
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Azure, Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker.
- Methodology & Quality: Azure DevOps & GitHub, Agile, Automated testing.
