About the role
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead (.NET) to join a team delivering modern solutions for a client in the banking sector. You'll play a key role in designing and leading the development of scalable, event-driven systems in a highly regulated environment, while supporting the technical growth of the team and driving architectural decisions.
Your responsibilities
Lead the technical direction of the development team
Design and develop modern event-driven microservices
Drive architecture and technology decisions
Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business stakeholders
Ensure high code quality and engineering best practices
Support the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions
Requirements
10+ years of experience with modern .NET
3+ years of experience as a Tech Lead or Senior .NET Developer with technical leadership responsibilities
Experience delivering solutions within banking, fintech, or other regulated industries
Solid understanding of event-driven architecture and Kafka
Hands-on experience with Azure, including services such as Azure Functions, Azure DevOps, and Application Insights
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes in containerized environments
Knowledge of Redis and NoSQL databases
Strong communication skills and fluent English
Nice to have
Experience designing distributed systems at scale
Knowledge of cloud-native development patterns
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
