About the Role

We're hiring Tech Leads with strong, hands-on Python experience to lead design, development, and delivery of scalable applications, while mentoring a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and hands-on development in Python
  
• Write, review, and optimize production code
  
• Mentor engineers and drive code quality/best practices
  
• Collaborate with product & cross-functional teams
  
• Own technical decisions and resolve performance/scalability issues
  

Requirements

• 7–9 years overall experience, primarily in Python
  
• Strong with Python frameworks (Django/Flask/FastAPI)
  
• Solid grasp of DS/algorithms, OOP, REST APIs
  
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
  
• Prior Tech Lead or senior IC experience with team mentoring
  
• Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) & Docker/Kubernetes exposure is a plus
