Tech Lead (Python, React & Generative AI)

Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead with strong Python, React, TypeScript, and Generative AI expertise to lead end-to-end engineering delivery, from solution design and development to deployment and production support.

• Lead technical design, development, deployment, and production support of scalable applications.
• Develop backend services and APIs using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Guide frontend development using React and TypeScript.
• Build AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI agents.
• Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
• Implement code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, monitoring, security, and performance optimization.
• Leverage Azure and AWS services for application deployment and AI solutions.
• Mentor engineers, manage technical deliverables, and collaborate with consulting teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure production readiness, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 58 years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership or ownership of engineering workstreams.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Python, React, and TypeScript.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI-enabled applications in production.
• Practical knowledge of RAG, LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, prompt engineering, and agentic AI.
• Familiarity with Azure/AWS, Docker, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and secure application development.
• Knowledge of LLMOps, AI evaluation, observability, distributed systems, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, mentoring, and stakeholder-management skills.
