We are looking for a skilled Tech Lead with expertise in ReactJS to join our team at Iconium Consulting Group (India) (P) LTD. The ideal candidate will have 7-11 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility
- Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software applications using ReactJS.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions that meet business needs.
- Mentor junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge in ReactJS.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ReactJS to enhance existing systems.
Job Requirements
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and its ecosystem.
- Experience with front-end development frameworks such as Redux or MobX.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
