Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in C#/.NET and Azure cloud technologies to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on technical depth, leadership capability, and prior exposure to healthcare workflows while ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical design and development of enterprise-grade applications using C#/.NET
• Architect and implement asynchronous, high-performance, and scalable solutions
• Enforce SOLID principles, clean architecture, and best coding practices
• Mentor and guide team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure technical excellence
• Drive cloud-native development on Microsoft Azure
• Collaborate with product owners, architects, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure application security, performance optimization, and high availability
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data protection standards

Technical Skills Required
Core Technologies

• Strong hands-on experience in C# / .NET (.NET Core / .NET 6+)
• Deep understanding of async/await, multithreading, and concurrency
• Expertise in Dependency Injection and SOLID principles
• Strong expertise in MS SQL Server (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning)
• Strong SQL skills with SQL Server / PostgreSQL
• Experience with Redis Cache (Mandatory)
• Experience with Healthcare workflows- Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Intelligent Document Processing (IDP)
• Azure Cloud
• Hands-on experience with:
