Tech Lead - UiPath Job
- Architect UiPath automation integrated with Python ML LLM models
- Collaborate with product and ML stakeholders to define technical solutions
- Design end to end automation pipelines combining RPA and AI decision making
- Drive experimentation and iterative improvement using MLflow and Weights and Biases
- Ensure reliability scalability observability and security in production
- Integrate LLMs into UiPath workflows for document processing and chatbots
- Lead engineering standards code reviews and best practices
- Mentor engineers and conduct performance feedback
- Participate in sprint planning and architecture reviews
- Stay current with UiPath and generative AI advancements
