Tech Lead - Video Templates
Summary
Lead technical review of video templates and motion graphics across After Effects, Premiere Pro, and DaVinci Resolve, improving AI-assisted workflows and setting quality standards.
You'll lead technical review operations for video templates, motion graphics and projects across After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve and similar platforms. You'll guide reviewer upskilling, deploy AI-assisted review workflows and maintain technical standards. You'll partner with Product and Engineering to improve systems, monitor quality trends and risks, handle escalations, and drive automation and innovation in video template review.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze video templates, motion graphics, After Effects projects, Premiere Pro templates, DaVinci Resolve templates, and related assets
- Lead technical upskilling and tooling adoption for Video Template Reviewers
- Test, deploy, and optimize AI-assisted review workflows for template content
- Establish and maintain technical review standards across supported software platforms
- Partner with Product and Engineering to improve template review systems and workflows
- Monitor quality trends, compatibility issues, and operational risks
- Support escalations involving template functionality, licensing, copyright, AI-generated content, and technical performance
- Drive automation and innovation initiatives within Video Template Review operations
- Ensure ethical and responsible use of AI in template review workflows
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of motion graphics, video production, and template-based creative workflows
- Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Understanding of template structure, expressions, plugins, rendering workflows, and asset dependencies
- Experience reviewing creative assets for functionality, usability, and commercial quality
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools and workflows
- Ability to translate technical requirements into reviewer guidance and documentation
- Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Content Operations teams
