This role partners with the Tech leaders to diagnose learning needs, orchestrate internal and external delivery, and ensure disciplined execution through strong PMO governance.

Key Experience Required
The ideal candidate should have experience in:
1. Learning Needs Analysis with Technical Stakeholders
- Partnering with Tech leaders to diagnose capability and skill needs
- Translating technical roadmaps and role expectations into structured learning requirements
- Defining target proficiency levels and success criteria by role or technology
- Ensuring learning priorities are tightly aligned to business outcomes
2. Technical Training Program Enablement
- Structuring end‑to‑end technical training programs (VILT, blended, digital)
- Working with SMEs, Supervisors and trainers to ensure depth, relevance, and applicability
3. Vendor / Partner Management
- Identifying and managing external training partners
- Owning SOWs, deliverables, timelines, and quality benchmarks
- Tracking SLAs, trainer effectiveness, and learner feedback
- Managing program‑level budgets
4. PMO Governance & Program Management
- Owning integrated program plans, milestones, and dependencies
- Driving alignment across stakeholders, vendors, and delivery teams
5. Tracking, Reporting & Insights
- Designing dashboards for progress, proficiency, and outcomes
- Providing concise, executive‑ready updates with clear insights
- Using data to inform decisions, course‑correct, and prioritize

Minimum Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in learning, technical training, or program management
- Proven experience managing large‑scale, complex training programs
- Strong PMO, governance, and reporting experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI (or equivalent), and LMS platforms
