Tech Ops
You will work closely with partners and internal teams to ensure smooth technical integrations. You'll resolve issues raised by partners during technical integration with our systems, guide them through the integration process, and act as the communication bridge between external partners and our developers. You'll provide regular status updates to keep everyone aligned, and look for opportunities to improve processes and adopt best practices, staying current with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our platform competitive.
Responsibilities
- Resolve issues raised by partners during technical integration with our systems
- Explain and guide partners through the system integration process
- Facilitate effective communication between external partners and our own developers
- Provide regular status updates ensuring the integration process is smooth
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure platform competitiveness
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and Chinese
- Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence
- Bachelor's (or higher) degree from Computer Science or a similar field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Previous experience of using a backend programming language is highly desirable
