Tech Product Manager

Salary: $3,333 – $5,000 per month

Allo8 is a platform that bridges the physical world with digital intelligence.

We bring together IoT devices, data, intelligence models and workflow automation into one unified platform. We're the frontier team within a startup backed by a group with years of industry experience, already helping customers across construction, civil engineering, energy and healthcare connect everything from cameras and sensors to smart lifts.

We're taking the platform further by enabling deeper integration with external AI agents while developing more intelligence natively within Allo8. Our vision is to make physical operations more intelligent, autonomous and responsive.

We're looking for a Product Manager who can turn that vision into great product experiences. Someone who understands customers, spots opportunities, thinks logically and loves to prototype and build.

What you'll do

• Evolve our platform. Discover customer gaps and turn them into scalable features.

• Shape AI-native capabilities and integrations with external AI agents.

• Reimagine intelligent workflows. Explore how automation is built, maintained and made increasingly autonomous.

• Design great UX. Make complex technology feel ridiculously simple.

• Vibe code. Use AI to prototype and validate features quickly. Less PowerPoint, more working products.

• Think systematically. Translate customer problems into logical workflows, intuitive interfaces and clear product decisions.

• Own the outcome. Work with engineering to ship, measure and improve features.

What we're looking for

• Great design and UX instincts. Bad UX should hurt you.

• Strong logical thinking. Break down complex problems into elegant solutions using first principles.

• Loves vibe coding. Cursor, Claude Code or whatever gets things working. Show engineers what you mean, not just tell them.

• Excited about AI beyond chatbots and tool calling. You're willing to work on the frontier, where ideas often fail and everything changes rapidly.

• Technically decent. APIs, databases, IoT, system architecture, agents and automation should be familiar territory.

• Good at discovery. Ask smart questions and find problems worth solving.

• Curious, independent and comfortable taking extreme ownership.

Who should join?

Fresh graduates and early-career applicants are super welcome. We care more about how you think and what you can build than years of experience.

Conversely, we also welcome mid-career rebels with deep domain knowledge who want to break into this crazy new world and aren't afraid of rapid adaptation.

FYI, as part of this application, we will at some point give you a small customer problem or user insight and ask you to vibe code a simple MVP using AI tools of your choice. We want to see how you think, design and build. Not how polished your code is.

Pay

We have budgeted between SGD$3,000-5,000 monthly basic salary in cash and the remaining in stock options for this role depending on your level of skill and general worldly experience. There will be a probation period of 6 months.

We are also accepting applicants for Interns who think they have potential and wants to grow into this role. Preferably looking at a minimum of 4 months and up to 12 months. Part time internships can be considered for exceptional candidates. Internship roles pay $1-1.5k monthly allowance.
