Tech Professionals (Network / Cloud / Cybersecurity)
Red Alpha Cybersecurity is looking for aspiring professionals: Network Engineers, Cybersecurity Specialists and Cloud DevOps Engineers who are ready to build a career in tech. Whether you’re an entry level candidate or making a career switch, you’ll receive structured, hands-on training designed to equip you with the practical skills needed to work in real-world technology environments.

What You’ll Be Doing
Depending on your specialisation and deployment, you may work across one of the following areas:
Network Engineers
Design, configure and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN and firewall systems
Deploy and manage network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls and load balancers
Monitor network performance, troubleshoot connectivity issues and minimise downtime
Support infrastructure upgrades, system hardening, patching and preventive maintenance
Work with technical teams and clients to implement secure and reliable network solutions
Cybersecurity Specialists
Monitor, detect, investigate and respond to cybersecurity threats and incidents
Identify vulnerabilities and support remediation across systems and networks
Gain hands-on experience with security monitoring, threat intelligence and offensive security tools
Apply cybersecurity frameworks and best practices to strengthen system security
Work on real-world security scenarios across cyber defence, incident response and vulnerability management
Cloud DevOps Engineers
Design, deploy and maintain scalable cloud and virtualised infrastructure
Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or GCP
Build and support CI/CD pipelines, automation workflows and DevSecOps processes
Monitor cloud systems, troubleshoot issues and support reliable platform operations
Identify platform vulnerabilities and implement security controls across cloud environments
What We’re Looking For
No prior tech experience is required. We’re looking for individuals who have:
A strong interest in Network, Cybersecurity, Cloud or technology
An analytical and problem-solving mindset
Curiosity and eagerness to learn new technologies
Good communication and teamwork skills
A proactive, adaptable and hands-on approach to learning
Technical knowledge, certifications or previous exposure to IT, networking, cloud or cybersecurity will be an advantage, but are not required to apply.
Training & Employment
All selected candidates will undergo a 20-week, fully sponsored on-the-job training with allowance, before being deployed full-time in one of Singapore's fastest-growing industries for 3 years.
