Tech Recruiter

JOB OVERVIEW

Plan A Technologies is looking for a Tech Recruiter who combines solid recruiting fundamentals with a strong understanding of technical roles to attract and hire high-quality talent. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, partner closely with hiring managers, and proactively build talent pipelines. You’ll operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, using data and market insights to drive hiring decisions and deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Please note: you must have at least 3+ years of experience in tech recruiting to be considered for this role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from role intake to offer and closing.

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategies.

• Source, engage, and assess candidates for technical roles across multiple functions.

• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.

• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process.

• Manage multiple open roles simultaneously with strong organization and prioritization.

• Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions and improve processes.

EXPERIENCE

• 3+ years of experience in tech recruiting. Experience recruiting for global or distributed teams is a plus.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates.

• Solid understanding of technical roles (e.g., engineering, product, data).

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with recruiting tools and sourcing platforms

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Initiative and drive to do great things.
