Tech Recruitment Business Partner

You will partner with global tech hiring teams across EMEA to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies. You will source and select candidates, manage the full recruitment process, build strong candidate relationships, use data to guide hiring decisions, support onboarding, monitor industry trends, and improve recruitment effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of tech recruitment experience
• Experience recruiting for a range of technical roles
• Deep understanding of the technology landscape and candidate market
• Data-driven approach to hiring strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Comfort working with global teams
• Fluent English
