Tech Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Inbound Technical Sales Process/International Process.
• Other field experience cannot be considered.
• Need to handle US technical support calls.
• Providing Technical Service and Selling Warranty Plans.

Requirements:

• Great chance for engineering graduates (B. Tech/BCA/MCA/B. Sc. (IT), Diploma in Computer Science) to make their careers in the US tech support field. {HR INDU}.
• Must have 0-4 years of experience in taking calls for antivirus, printers, emails, Facebook, routers, and other related peripherals and issues.
• Good command over the English language.
• Should have good sales skills.
• Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum of 1-3 yrs of experience on papers in the technical sales process.
• Strong understanding of basic e-mail is a must, and must be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issues related to computers, devices, and routers.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Must be confident in pitching about the service plans for the customers.
• Solid experience in problem analysis and resolution of software problems.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be comfortable with night shifts.
