System Implementation & Configuration: Sets up custom work rules, overtime policies, shift differentials, and absence-tracking logic inside platforms like ADP Workforce Now, ADP Vista HCM, or ADP Workforce Manager. ? Day-to-Day Operations Support: Collaborates with internal HR and payroll teams to troubleshoot timecard errors, manage approval workflows, and fix integration gaps between timekeeping and payroll. ? Compliance & Labor Guidance: Helps organizations stay aligned with regional wage-and-hour regulations, overtime rules, and mandatory tracking standards.
