About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced AI Project Manager to lead the delivery of AI-driven projects and enterprise software initiatives.

The role involves managing project timelines, resources, budgets, and risks while ensuring smooth coordination between technical teams and clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong project management experience, hands-on exposure to AI tools, and the ability to drive delivery through effective communication and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-driven projects and enterprise software initiatives.

- Plan project schedules, milestones, sprint activities, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.

- Manage Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Coordinate with engineering teams, clients, and stakeholders to align project objectives and expectations.

- Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and take corrective action to keep delivery on track.

- Use AI tools within project workflows to improve productivity and execution efficiency.

- Maintain project plans, status reports, documentation, and delivery updates using tools such as JIRA, MS Project, or Trello.

- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and deliverables.

- Support resource planning and team coordination across project phases.

- Mentor team members and encourage continuous improvement in project delivery practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- 10+ years of project management experience, with prior experience delivering AI-driven projects being essential.

- At least 6 years of end-to-end enterprise software project management experience.

- Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Hands-on experience using AI tools in project management workflows.

- Proficiency in JIRA, MS Project, Trello, or similar project management tools.

- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in risk management, budget planning, resource allocation, and project scheduling.

- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.

- A delivery-focused approach with the ability to manage priorities and drive projects to completion.
