About the Role:

Techjays is looking for an AI Product Lead with strong AI product experience to drive requirement discovery, solution definition, and delivery for AI-powered platforms. The role requires experience in business analysis or product leadership, AI projects, product development from scratch, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirement discovery, solution definition, and delivery for AI-powered platforms.

- Gather and document requirements through BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and PRDs.

- Drive product development from scratch and lead cross-functional teams.

- Conduct solution discovery and manage stakeholder expectations.

- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.

- Use A/B testing, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making to guide product improvements.

- Work with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent workflows.

- Apply Agile/Scrum practices and mentor team members.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis (BA) or Product Lead roles.

- Mandatory: Experience working on AI projects.

- Strong understanding of AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent workflows.

- Proven experience in requirement gathering and documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and PRDs.

- Ability to build products from scratch and lead cross-functional teams.

- Hands-on experience with UAT, stakeholder management, and solution discovery.

- Experience with A/B testing, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making.

- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, Figma, Notion, or Miro.

- Strong team leadership, mentoring, and Agile/Scrum skills.
