TECHNIC OPR - PS GISTING 2

Provide basic technical support to customers and sales teams for assigned products. Assist in product application guidance, usage instructions, and basic troubleshooting. Support sales activities through product demonstrations and technical explanations. Record customer issues, feedback, and technical inquiries accurately. Coordinate with sales, QA, and technical teams for issue resolution. Follow technical SOPs, safety standards, and reporting procedures.
