Technical Account Manager - AI Automation (US Client)

We’re hiring a Technical Account Manager to own the relationship with a US client and grow the account. You’ll combine account management, consultative selling, and hands-on AI automation built with Claude.

Your job is to understand how the client’s business runs, find where they’re losing leads, time, or revenue, fix it with automation, and turn those wins into new services and tools they buy from us.

What you’ll do:

• Act as the main point of contact for the client, running regular calls with US business owners and managers

• Audit the client’s sales and operations workflows and identify improvement opportunities

• Set up automations using Claude and Claude Code, such as 5 minute speed to lead response, lead follow up, and reporting

• Spot and pitch cross sell and upsell opportunities for additional automation tools and services

• Present results and recommendations clearly, showing the client the value they’re getting

• Keep the client happy, retained, and growing

What you’ll get:

• 80,000 EGP net monthly salary

• Fixed evening shift: 4 pm to midnight, Monday to Friday

• Office-based, with remote work considered for exceptional candidates

• A role at the intersection of AI, automation, and sales, working directly with the US market

Requirements

• C1 or C2 level English, confident leading calls with native speakers

• 3+ years in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally with US or international clients

• Proven track record of cross selling or upselling

• Hands-on experience using Claude to build automations or applications (Claude Code experience strongly preferred)

• Technical background: comfortable with workflows, integrations, CRMs, and learning new tools fast

• Able to explain technical solutions in simple business terms

• University graduate

• Able to commit to the 4 pm to midnight shift, Monday to Friday
