As a Technical Account Manager, you'll play an integral role in working on day to day AND long term technical issues, design, setup, troubleshooting, and logic analysis. You will partner with internal technology groups to ensure that proposed technical solutions align with the company's overall objectives. You'll also serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, internal innovation teams, and IT functional areas by helping them identify and take advantage of new digital opportunities while providing guidance and ensuring solutions align with the business and IT strategy.

We need someone who can:

• Debug new and existing software systems and/or applications.
• Understands various software architecture and their implementation methods.
• Identifies gaps in system/requirements software development model.
• Analyzes codes to find causes of errors and revises programs as needed.
• Conducts tasks and assignments as directed.
• Troubleshoot various platform tools.
• Works under minimal supervision with some latitude for independent judgment.
• Provide technical problem solving and deep solution expertise to the customer and Development teams.

Basic Qualifications for Consideration:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
• Experience and understanding of large scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments required
• Minimum 4 years of SQL query writing and DB understanding
• Ability to prioritize projects, tasks, and changing demands based upon judgement
• Communication skills for internal and external audiences

Preferred Qualifications For Consideration:

• Experience on SQL databases
• Experience in MedBill Repricing Platform
• Exposure to JavaScripts and coding logic
• Understanding of PPO networks and repricing
• Technical understanding of 837 formats

Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. For Colorado considerations only the estimated salary range is $96,250 - $125,000.
