Technical Account Manager

Manage and grow a portfolio of regional key accounts, ensuring alignment with Inolex’s strategic priorities.

Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision makers, influencers, and technical teams at customer organizations.

Develop and execute account plans that balance short-term wins with long-term growth opportunities.

Identify opportunities within existing accounts to expand share of wallet.

Develop proposals and negotiate contracts aligned with company objectives and client needs.
-
Provide technical expertise on formulations, applications, and regulatory compliance; troubleshoot challenges as needed with internal teams.

Lead joint development projects and support customer innovation initiatives.
-
Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions for customers.
-
Monitor market trends and customer insights to inform product development and innovation.

Represent Inolex at industry events, tradeshows, and technical seminars.
-
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, budgets, and reporting.

Support special projects and additional business needs as required.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related technical field.

Minimum 5 years key account management experience in the Northeast with at least 10 years in the personal care industry.

Solid understanding of personal care ingredients, formulation, and market dynamics.
-
Prior formulation experience or ability to troubleshoot is a strong plus.

Active in relevant industry associations.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work remotely and travel to customers and on-site company meetings.
-
This role will be subject to approximately 25% overnight travel.
