You will own the technical onboarding experience for market makers and institutional clients using REST, WebSocket, and order-entry APIs. You will serve as the primary technical contact after onboarding, triage issues, coordinate resolutions with engineering, and monitor API health and usage. You will create integration guides, code samples, and documentation; identify integration, latency, and API issues; translate client feedback into platform improvements; and support technical due diligence with institutional sales.
Responsibilities
- Own technical onboarding for market makers and institutional clients integrating with REST, WebSocket, and order-entry APIs
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for partners after onboarding
- Triage client issues and coordinate resolutions with engineering
- Build and maintain integration guides, code samples, and documentation
- Translate client feedback into platform improvements and feature requests
- Identify integration bottlenecks, latency issues, and API pain points
- Support technical due diligence for institutional sales
- Monitor client API health and usage patterns and proactively address issues
Requirements
- Have 2–5 years of experience in a technical client-facing role, such as developer relations, solutions engineering, or technical account management
- Have hands-on experience with exchange or trading APIs, including REST, WebSocket, or FIX
- Read and write code in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
- Explain technical concepts clearly to engineers and non-technical stakeholders
- Understand electronic trading, including order types, latency, market data feeds, and execution quality
- Take ownership of client issues end to end
- Work closely with engineering, product, and sales
