Technical Admin assistant (Report generate, User access)

The role provides administrative and data support for our technical operations and projects, including:

• Preparing technical reports, quotations and presentations
• Maintaining technical records, SOPs and quality documents
• Coordinating inspection schedules and project documentation
• Compiling and analysing operational data using Microsoft Excel
• Preparing monthly reports and presentations
• Supporting customer documentation and technical submissions
• Coordinating training records and certifications
• Supporting technical projects and audits

𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
• Compile production, Safety and quality reports.
• SAP, Ariba buying
• Vendor coordination
• Support Audits (ISO 9001, ISO 14001)
• Good organisational and multitasking skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Experience in administrative or technical support is preferred
• Meticulous, proactive and able to work independently
