Technical Administrative Assistant

Coordinate as department representative, all expense and capital requests through SAP electronic system for Tire Development Department in interpreting written and oral technical data. Support the department in compilation, recording, and reporting of technical data.

Maintain libraries of technical standards and product specifications, documentations and knowledge-based articles.

Analyze and record technical data related to technical issues.

Duties assigned by the Technical Director.

Administrative duties of organization of weekly tire shipments.

Leads by example in the effective execution of all duties and responsibilities related to the position.
