Job Description

Role Purpose

Lead the adoption and evolution of Agile ways of working and modern software delivery practices. Partner with teams, leaders, and stakeholders to improve delivery performance, organizational effectiveness, business outcomes, and customer value through coaching, facilitation, analytics, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Coaching & Facilitation

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, planning sessions, workshops, retrospectives, and leadership forums.
  • Build Agile capabilities across teams, leaders, and stakeholders.
  • Foster communities of practice and knowledge-sharing.
  • Promote transparency, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.

Team & Leadership Coaching

  • Coach teams on Agile principles, SDLC practices, and modern delivery methodologies.
  • Improve flow, predictability, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Support leaders in adopting servant leadership and outcome-focused decision making.
  • Align business goals, delivery priorities, and organizational capabilities.
  • Facilitate collaboration across Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, Operations, and Business teams.

Continuous Improvement

  • Establish continuous improvement practices across teams and programs.
  • Identify bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities using delivery metrics and performance data.
  • Drive improvements in governance, processes, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Measure the impact of initiatives through meaningful metrics and business outcomes.

Outcome & Value Management

  • Support the definition and measurement of business and customer outcomes.
  • Align delivery activities with strategic objectives, OKRs, and value streams.
  • Track performance through dashboards and outcome-based metrics.
  • Provide insights demonstrating value realization and transformation progress.

Power BI & Analytics

  • Design and enhance Agile and delivery performance dashboards.
  • Analyze flow metrics, throughput, lead time, cycle time, predictability, and capacity trends.
  • Develop executive reporting and KPI scorecards.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Establish meaningful metrics and reporting standards that support transparency and continuous improvement.

Required Experience

  • 8+ years in Agile delivery, coaching, transformation, or organizational change.
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working with cross-functional product and engineering teams.
  • Financial Services industry experience (Banking, Insurance, Investments, Annuities, or similar).
  • Proven experience coaching leaders, managers, and teams.
  • Experience driving Agile transformations and continuous improvement initiatives at scale.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Flow Metrics, and organizational design.
  • Experience using analytics and metrics to improve delivery performance.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Azure DevOps Analytics, Jira reporting, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile Coaching certifications (ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, ICP-CAT, CTC, or equivalent).
  • Scrum Master, SAFe, Lean, or Kanban certifications.
  • Experience with OKRs, Value Stream Management, PMM, and Flow Framework.
  • Power BI dashboard design and data modeling experience.
  • Enterprise-scale transformation experience.
